"Through 211 of the most representative objects of ethnological ceramics, we present a material that preserves traces of the culture, art and life of our ancestors. The ceramics collection of the Ethnographic Museum testifies to the richness and diversity of Serbian culture, through objects that were created and lasted in different times and circumstances. With the exhibition "Ceramics: an Imprint" we want to present not only the techniques of making and using ceramics in Serbia from the mid-19th century to the present day, but also the enduring connection between nature and culture, from rock, through clay, to the forms that served man in everyday life, architecture, religion, art, science and entertainment," said Jelena Tucakovic, senior curator and author of the exhibition.

The exhibition is enriched with digital tools such as 3D views of museum exhibits, which visitors will be able to learn more about through NFC technology, as well as the "Srba" virtual assistant.
